Snowflake Challenge - day 2

Day 2

In your own space, create a list of at least three fannish things you'd love to receive, something you've wanted but were afraid to ask for - a fannish wish-list of sorts.

I'd love to receive the magical ability to make everyone who puts the words "no slash" or "not slash" in their fics' summary/tags never do so ever again and go back and fix all their old fics to take the no homo disclaimers out. And for fandom to leave tumblr and go back to some place that has threaded comments. And also for no one to ever write any pairings that break up my OTPs ever again and for at least 75% of all fics written for historical-setting fandoms to be set in the canon time period (and also be super long and filled with h/c).

More seriously (but still in the vein of "things I wish would fandom would magically produce lots of but don't actually expect any specific person to create just for me"):

1) Long, plotty canon-era Amis fic with endgame e/R. ("Long" as in over 25,000 words). Especially more post-Barricade AUs - the Amis section of Les Mis fandom is critically devoid of fixit fics compared to the Old Men half.

2) More villain/antagonist-redemption-via-suffering fics. Things like "Salt Boy" from ASoIaF, for example - MCU fandoms seems tobe the only place where I can reliably find that trope these days, and woobie/redeemed!Loki fics tend to have far too much Loki/Tony in them for my tastes.

3) Long Roy Mustang-centric h/c fic for the 2003 FMA anime, where Roy is the hurt one (preferably gen or Roy/unrequited-love-for-Hughes, but really anything that isn't RoyxRiza). Fandom is inexplicably devoid of this for no reason I've ever been able to discern.

4) Fanart for any of my or seanchai's fics or for any of my OTPs in general. Or just pretty canon-era Les Mis fanart in general.

(I suspect you're supposed to ask for concrete things someone might actually be able to do for you or help you with, but my fannish wish list in general can usually be summed up as "everyone starts writing lots of the kind of fic I want to read and less of the kind of fic I don't want to read")
